Rules For Mountain Cycling Competition
The contestants set off collectively on the designated mountain track, with a cycling distance of 40-50 kilometers. The ranking is determined based on the order in which the contestants arrive at the finish line. The men's competition must be completed within 2 hours to 2 hours and 15 minutes, while for women it is 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Before departure, the referee will notify the contestants to enter the starting point and select the starting position based on their ranking order. The game starts with the starter firing his gun.
Throughout the entire competition, except for players on the same team who can assist each other in the same state, they are not allowed to accept any assistance beyond the competition regulations, otherwise their eligibility for the competition will be cancelled. The jury will arrange the location of supply areas and repair points according to the actual situation. Supplies can only be completed by the team's staff on foot, and there is no physical contact between them and the contestants. Suppliers are not allowed to place water bottles or food directly on contestants' vehicles or pockets. Without the permission of the judging team, water cannot be splashed onto the contestant's body or sprayed onto the contestant's vehicle.
