What Are The Hardware Requirements For Mountain Bikes

bicycle
The total length of the bicycle shall not exceed 185 centimeters, the width shall not exceed 50 centimeters, and the weight shall not be less than 6.8 kilograms. The length of the seat should be between 24-30 centimeters, and the distance between the center axle and the ground should be between 24-30 centimeters. The diameter of the front and rear wheels of the bicycle must be the same. The maximum diameter of the wheel is 70 centimeters and the minimum is 55 centimeters. The bicycle used should be a dead flywheel and should not be equipped with a transmission or brake.
track
The cycling distance for mountain cycling is 40-50 kilometers. The flat section shall not exceed 15%, while the rest are uneven sections. The route usually consists of high-speed downhill sections, mountain climbing sections, rural sections, gravel sections, forest sections, and short asphalt sections.
Set up a sign every 1 kilometer on the track, indicating the number of kilometers away from the finish line. The size of the road sign is 20 centimeters wide and 40 centimeters long, placed 1.5 meters above the ground. Road signs should accurately indicate the race route and subsequent changes in road conditions, as well as intersections and all potentially dangerous areas.
The starting section must be wide enough for the driver to start safely. The front and back of the finish line should have a long enough straight path and a wide field of view to provide safety assurance for the final sprint and buffer after the sprint.
frame
Due to the difficulty in driving mountain bikes, the frame of mountain bikes should be correspondingly smaller than that of regular bicycles. This structure takes into account the characteristics of off-road cycling, and bicycles are more convenient to operate on different surfaces.
The material, structure, and design style of the bicycle frame are very important for manufacturing an efficient, safe, and reliable bicycle, as the bicycle frame needs to withstand impacts caused by various reasons.

Handlebar
The standard handlebar is a flat handlebar with an extended handshake. The upright handle, also known as the handle, ensures that the rider maintains a comfortable posture during the cycling process. The length or height of the stand pipe can be adjusted, and stretching can increase the distance between the handle and the saddle. Drivers usually lower the riser. Extending the grip of the handlebar is also beneficial for energy transmission and provides more options for the driver to hold the handlebar.
